Principle and theory 1

In this application, Shifu Nelson Chan will explain 3 of the 12拳訣 (kuen kuit) in Wing Chun. Kuen Kuits are the core principles behind all aspects of Wing Chun. These easy to remember kuen kuits will help practitioners of all levels improve their Wing Chun.
The app will cover 3 kuen kuit. Each part will have 2 segments, the first segment will be the theory and principle  and second segment is a demonstration of the application of that principle.
If you are a beginner, we recommend that you start off by downloading our SLT apps first to form a basic foundation.
